Cliff Picton

Daniel’s passion for helping people led him to pursue a career focused on helping the most disadvantaged in society.  He graduated from RMIT University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Criminal Justice and from La Trobe University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws, all with the aim of using these skills to give back to the community. Daniel later became a barrister and joined the VicBar in late 2021. Daniel works predominantly in the area of criminal law where he represents clients with a diverse range of backgrounds in an attempt to get them the best outcome possible for their needs.  He also has a passion for undertaking pro bono work in the area of administrative law where he assists refugees in their claims for protection in Australia.
